Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Zeviro processes information when you use the mobile application, website, account services, subscription features, and AI resume tools.
Information you provide
We may process your account identifier, email address, profile name, resume details, employment and education history, skills, instructions, preferred language, voice-derived transcripts, support communications, and other information you choose to submit.
Account and authentication data
Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and Supabase may process authentication information. Zeviro receives identifiers and profile information authorized by you and the provider. Your email may be displayed in account settings and used for account security, support, and deletion confirmation.
AI processing
Information submitted for AI features may be sent through Zeviro’s secure backend to artificial intelligence providers, including OpenAI or replacement providers, to generate and improve requested outputs. We apply input, output, cost, and abuse controls. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process.
Subscriptions and RevenueCat
RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status, entitlements, product information, purchase restoration, and related billing events. RevenueCat and Apple may process transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, purchase dates, and device or account-related data. Zeviro does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
Hosting and Vercel Analytics
The Zeviro website and backend may be hosted by Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics may collect privacy-focused, aggregated information such as page path, referrer, approximate region, browser, operating system, device type, and event time without using third-party tracking cookies. This information is used to operate, secure, understand, and improve Zeviro. Sensitive or directly identifying information should not be included in analytics events.
Service providers
We may use providers such as Supabase for authentication and databases, Vercel for hosting and analytics, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, and AI providers for content generation. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and only for relevant service functions.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver resume generation, maintain documents and preferences, verify subscriptions and credits, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, measure performance, improve functionality and user experience, communicate service information, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account management, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and improvement. You may request account deletion from Settings by confirming your email. Some limited records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, or backup rotation. App Store subscription cancellation must be completed separately through Apple.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and provider arrangements.
Your choices
You may update your profile name, sign out, restore purchases, manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple, and delete your Zeviro account. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as Zeviro, its providers, or legal requirements evolve. The current version and update date will be available in the app and on the website. Where required, we may request renewed consent. Otherwise, continued use after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated practices.
