Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Zeviro. By creating an account, accessing the service, purchasing a subscription or credits, or continuing to use Zeviro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Apple Standard EULA.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Apple, Google, and Zeviro accounts secure. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. Zeviro may require authentication and may refuse, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service, or applicable legal rights.
Service and license
Zeviro provides intelligent tools for creating, formatting, reviewing, organizing, and exporting professional resume content. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service. Zeviro branding, software, design, prompt templates, system architectures, and other service materials remain protected intellectual property.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain full responsibility and ownership of the information you submit and the documents you choose to create, download, or share. By using the service, you agree that your resume text, background notes, target role criteria, job descriptions, and uploaded document files (such as PDF, DOCX, or TXT files) may be securely uploaded and stored in our database infrastructure to provide core functionality, and transmitted to our designated third-party artificial intelligence provider (OpenAI, LLC) when you use AI-powered features. You must have the full right to provide submitted content and may not submit unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, harmful, proprietary, or confidential third-party information without authorization. You are responsible for verifying all names, dates, contact details, qualifications, metrics, and claims before professional use.
Artificial intelligence and third-party processing
Zeviro uses commercial artificial intelligence APIs provided by OpenAI, LLC to extract, structure, enhance, rewrite, and optimize resume content. While our systems are designed to preserve truthfulness and minimize fabrication, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. Zeviro does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, applicant tracking system (ATS) pass rates, legal compliance, or factual precision. Generated content serves strictly as an editorial and formatting aid and must be independently reviewed and approved by you before any professional application.
Subscriptions, purchases, and credits
Zeviro Plus is a weekly auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and billing terms displayed by the App Store at confirmation govern the transaction. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled through your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription credits reset at each billing cycle; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Zeviro also offers one-time consumable credit packs that do not renew automatically. Purchased credits remain associated with your Zeviro account while maintained, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. Each paid operation is covered entirely by either your subscription balance or your purchased balance. Subscription credits are consumed first when sufficient. Credits may be adjusted upon Apple refund or chargeback, or to remedy billing errors. Deleting your Zeviro account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription, which must be canceled separately through Apple.
Acceptable use
You agree not to bypass access, plan, credit, or rate limits; automate abusive traffic; reverse-engineer the service or backend systems; probe security controls; extract proprietary prompts or API keys; resell or redistribute access; impersonate another individual; or use Zeviro to produce fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents.
Third-party services
Zeviro integrates trusted third-party providers for authentication (Apple, Google, Supabase), cloud database hosting (Supabase, Vercel), subscription management (RevenueCat, Apple), and artificial intelligence processing (OpenAI, LLC). Their availability and terms may affect service operations. Zeviro is not liable for service outages, account restrictions, store decisions, or independent acts of third-party providers.
Availability and changes
Features, templates, models, and service tiers may be modified, updated, restricted, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, cost, or technical reasons. We may update these Terms and publish an updated effective date. Where required by law or platform guidelines, we may request renewed user consent. Continued use of Zeviro following an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Zeviro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, zero errors, or suitability for any specific employment opportunity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeviro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Termination and contact
You may terminate your agreement at any time by ceasing use of Zeviro or deleting your account from Settings. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks, platform compliance, or legal requirements. Inquiries regarding these Terms may be submitted through the official Zeviro website.
Language and controlling version
The governing language of these Terms is English. Any localized translations are provided for user convenience only. The version published on the official Zeviro website is always the most current and legally controlling version.
