Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Zeviro. By creating an account, accessing the service, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use Zeviro, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Apple Standard EULA.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Apple, Google, and Zeviro accounts secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Zeviro may require authentication and may refuse or suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service, or applicable rights.
Service and license
Zeviro provides tools for creating, reviewing, organizing, and exporting professional resume content. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service. Zeviro branding, software, design, prompts, systems, and other service materials remain protected intellectual property.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the information you submit and the documents you choose to use or share. You must have the right to provide submitted content. You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, confidential, or third-party content without authorization. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, qualifications, contact details, claims, and all other generated material.
Artificial intelligence
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or similar to content produced for others. Zeviro does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, applicant-tracking performance, legal compliance, or factual accuracy. Generated content is an editing aid and must be independently reviewed before professional use.
Subscriptions, renewals, and credits
Zeviro Plus is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and billing period shown by the App Store at confirmation control the transaction. It renews until canceled through Apple. Subscription access may include a monthly credit allocation. Credits are usage units, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to plan rules shown in the service. Deleting your Zeviro account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access, plan, credit, or rate limits; automate abusive traffic; reverse-engineer the service; probe security controls; interfere with infrastructure; extract prompts or secrets; resell access; impersonate another person; or use Zeviro to create fraudulent or unlawful documents.
Third-party services
Zeviro relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, subscriptions, payments, storage, and artificial intelligence processing. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Zeviro is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, store decisions, or independent acts of third-party providers.
Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, cost, or product-development reasons. We may update these Terms and publish a new effective date. Where required, we may request renewed acceptance. Otherwise, continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Zeviro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free output, or suitability for a particular opportunity. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeviro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Termination and contact
You may stop using Zeviro or delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinued service. Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the official Zeviro website.
